I think RustyV's critique of Jennifer's relative head size is probably the most meaningful I've seen over the past year or so, but even that is more an artistic/modelling issue than anything else, IMHO. I suspect that happened because MrDots may have tried to make a balance of proportions for her body that didn't quite fit - e.g., if he used the Growing Up product for Genesis 3 Female to make a petite body (and, that's a common toolset these days), that tends to leave heads relatively larger than expected and manual adjustment is often needed.

Jennifer is obviously petite, but she's not a kid - I know young women who look the same size or smaller, for example. A coworker of mine was the same relative height with an even smaller chest. There is an Assistant working at our dentist's office who is about 4'6" and rather thin, with a very young face ... and she's in her 20s.

People complaining about underage appearances may be more sensitized to that topic in this case, I feel: the characters' dialogue and actions are clearly intended to offer that they are older teens and/or younger adults in this adult game.

I don't see anyone in the current discussion suggesting there's anything wrong with the girls' appearance beyond pointing out that they're just not appealing to them personally. I say thee nay! This is about objective analysis, which all serious adult VN gamers must eventually master, lest they be thrown into the pit of unwarranted claims, worries and poorly organized game saves. Well, and potentially willful ignorance, of which there seems an awful lot these days online. It's almost as if anyone can connect to the Internet, join boards and type weird things.

On the more serious side, each time these "loli game!" claims flare up, as soon as people try to map these characters to either their relative actions or physiques in the game or our real world, it sounds far more like their personal sensitivity to the subject area than anything meaningful. Similar to people saying they definitely don't enjoy certain body (e.g., small-breasted) or character (e.g., trans) types compared to others (e.g., professional model proportions), so why must they be presented with those they don't like? It's inherently requesting that they see less of what they don't like, which is a valid request, but for a game that's as old as this one you are NOT going to get changes in long-standing characters at this time.

There are plenty of intentionally loli games out there, this is one which has different body types and otherwise legal age-acting and intended characters, by all appearances. We can debate details (and have, many times), but in the end it always ends up at the same point.

I guess I should've taken the warning when I saw the game has hard-fail states, but it always seemed like it was just an immediate choice that could easily be rolled back.

Was pretty unhappy when I got to day 13 and found out that my choice not to go to the police about Lucas 3 days ago caused me an unavoidable fail state that I'll have to replay a big chunk of the game to rectify. Are there more choices like this that can cause you to have to replay multiple days if you get them wrong in chapters 2 and 3?

You are totally right, we have seen this discussion thousends of times, its just the usual, almost makes me not want to play this game anymore because i think MrDots has fell to their abuse and stoped making any scenes with the normal/petite women, no new in 6 months now... well good post again, i don't know how you can stand making them over and over, but good job.

The saves don't carry over, you pick your stats at the beginning of each new chapter. I usually try games the same as you but this one is 1000 times easier and better if you use the walk through

Why you don't use saves?It's a rule when you play VN to save before a choice or a new scene.After all you can make like several thousands saves.

More specifically the save from Chp.2 don't carry over to Chp.3. You have the option of starting Chp.2 fresh or with the saves from Chp.1.
