The saves don't carry over, you pick your stats at the beginning of each new chapter. I usually try games the same as you but this one is 1000 times easier and better if you use the walk through

More specifically the save from Chp.2 don't carry over to Chp.3. You have the option of starting Chp.2 fresh or with the saves from Chp.1.

Cute, but if we're at all talking about physical possibilities, the vagina comprised of muscles which - like any muscular group - needs to be exercised for whatever needs it can reasonably be expected to perform.
