The Dev doesn't interact directly with customers or fans, from what I have seen.

As mentioned, you could join their Discord and add your feedback or comments in one of the appropriate channels - it's possible that someone who works on the MrDots team may view your submission and take it into consideration.

They also have Patreon and Subscribestar for paying supporters, where you can add a Comment to their entries or send them a direct comment, but again there is no guarantee of response from the Developer.
