The tongue piercing would be the easiest for the dev team to render if it was an option.

Hmmm, maybe Mr.Dots could hold a piericing vote like he did for D's new hair style.
A yes or no and what kind of piercing.
IMO it would be amazing to see a proper D with piercing done by the dev team.
