While I agree D having a tat on the Pure Love route could be seen as inconsistent. One D for the Pure Love and another for the more sexually active routes would be asking way to much from the team haivng to render double D images. Hmmm, D with double Ds.
IMO I severely doubt the dev team is even considering giving D ink, just fun speculation on my part.
Though a nipple ring could be a vehicle to symbolize D's evolving naughtiness, and be hot as hell.
