In the first chapter you could have "share" her with the Photographer but nothing happened, In the second you could have "share" her with Martin but nothing happened. You can fuck any girl you met and there aren't consequences, at least not for now. For what I saw is like the game will permit you have an harem. Because D is more open about sex and later

Hello, don't worry about the path that you choose...no bad endings in this game ^^
In D only path you will have only some "new " scenes with her ( like for example a 69 or a different photoshoot ) that you will not have in the harem route

I could see a scenario where in D and the MC planned for D to seduce Martin into having sex with her first (as the MC and Elena watch via a spy-cam and have sex themselves). Afterward maybe the MC "catches" them. A discussion with heavy drinking follows and ends with D getting spit-roasted (as Elena watches and records via the spy-cam for sharing with Jennifer later).
