Expecting her to behave in Chapter 3 like she does in Chapter 1 and 2 would be to ignore character progression. Heck, D in Chapter 2 is different to D in Chapter 1. There is no way Chapter 1 D would have stood up to her mother the way she did.

As for sharing with guys, well, she is already used to sharing with other women by Chapter 3 (assuming you did those paths), it is only natural to become curious. Especially when the path only develops if she watches porn with two guys and a girl, a choice you make. Your dismissal of the male sharing path feeling unnatural just shows you don't know the story on that path and what has led her to these. It has been a slow burn and feels like a natural progression, if not doing a solo run.

OK, but I see the situation and character of D completely different. Firstly, D`s essence may be such that she may simply not want to fuck with all the other people she knows (the desire to develop does not mean the desire to try to fuck with everyone she meets). People have different priorities.

And therefore the question of D's character is discussed over and over again: the dilemma is this - or she will fuck just "for fun", like a complete fool (so that the audience can jerk off once again), and thereby completely destroy and devalue the character's image (which many already love on for 4 years).

Or the deviations of D and F will be spelled out reliably, taking into account their characters, and the love relationship in their pair, and their internal individual motivations (taking into account their already prescribed characters). And then the characters D and F will remain legendary in the genre (as they are now [even in the era of "choosing the path"]), and will excite the audience further, like Romeo and Juliet.

PS.
BTW, I think the deviations and color changes in emotions justified by the nature of the characters are more acutely sexual than just deviations as "on the list to jerk off".

Both times she was shocked, but it doesn't look like she's "more impressed" with Martin. If anything, she looks like she felt more uncomfortable about it, as though due to her relationship with F she shouldn't be seeing things like that.

She's just a horny teen girl, naive and somewhat sexually repressed. She is sweet-natured and sensitive, developing confidence and most of all breaking down her sexual inhibitions and exploring the pleasures of every possible scenario. She lost her cherry to her F. Her first sex act was breaking a taboo.

I had given up on this topic, since I dont even play this game anymore... But why is this reason always thrown around ? Explain to me why Martin's stupidass line from chapter 1 "totally foreshadows sharing"... And I mean from a narrative standpoint, and not because of a gameplay mechanic... we know letting Martin compliment Dee is the trigger for his stupidass path. I am asking why should people that know how to read and comprehend things should accept this as the trigger ?

So say me and you are friends.. I am in my 50's... lets say your close to my age, and we have been friends for 10 years... you introduce me to your 18 year old daughter... I "politely as your friend" compliment your barely legal daughter with a "well arent you a pretty young lady"... Would you seriously think that means I want to fuck her brains out ? or am I just being nice to the offspring of my good friend ?

If Martin had approached F as Dee was bending over to get some files away from them and he said "Damn dude, your daughter's a hot piece of ass, would you mind if I tried to hit that ?"... and then F's choices were "Let Martin try to approach Dee", or "tell Martin to stop creeping on your daughter, what kind of a fucked up friend is he"... No one would be complaining today, as its obvious in a "narrative" sense that Martin wants to fuck Dee.

Its even worse with the new complaining that if Martin doesnt get Dee, he should totally fuck Georgina... WTF ? Seriously ? they have interacted before multiple times, and Georgina feels literally NOTHING for Martin... not even a second glance... If all people want is to see the Gross "Darius" model in sex scenes, why cant they just demand more fucking Martin x Maria scenes ? After all its been established that these two are more than fuck buddies...
