I used to love this game. The gradual corruption of D was great but it sound like they're stopping well before the finish line. Disappointing given that they've been teasing MMF/sharing/Marting for a long time, but it's understandable given that it seems like most fans can't stomach the idea. I don't see the appeal of the game if it's just recycling FFM scenes over and over with little further corruption.

I'm out but credit to mrdots for paving the way for these games which the internet is now choke-full of.

We get to page 2000 and end up hearing a mighty splat on the hot concrete of what could have been. The corruption flower was a ruse! The joy we used to feel every time a petal was blacked out is now replaced by splat!

And I believe there should be a bad end when Daughter learns about Father boning her friends. I doubt we will see that happen.

Yeah, this is the saddest part about the whole retcon deal on MMF options: the game will now fully concentrate on the MC's desires ... the same desires he's been satisfying on the side of his relationship with D (by cheating), all along. And she won't care, it will have no impact on their relationship and all we have to learn is that the MC's dick will be mightier than a creative story.

It seems that the emotion we were supposed to feel about D being removed from her fairy-tale imprisonment (under her mother) and moving into the real world has simply about-faced into a pool of vanilla ice cream.

She's to become a princess character all over again: the happily-ever-after type and not much more. Funny thing is, that was always going to be part of this game's ending: however, who she became and how that happened was supposed to be the entertainment part of following this story along, from all the foreshadowing and clear insinuations since Chapter 1 of different paths and challenges along the way.

Funny thing is, i really thought the photo shoot thing was supposed to be part of her independence, and fully expected her to become her own person after winning that thing, or losing and realising that life isnt always what you expect..that realisation branching into her relationship with Daddy and how hes been playing her all along for his own means, but ultimately coming back around to how he really loved her and that was the only reality all along..seems to be the theme for this vn after all

No more MMF scenes is going to trigger some people for sure, I both get why the fans of that stuff will be mad and why the dev team is ditching them, but quite frankly...it doesn't make sense to ditch them completely.

D and MC are still living in the same town, I assume they aren't moving again. Ryan and Martin may be leaving, but Graham and Olivia are still living in the same place too. I can't see a rational reason why Graham/Olivia won't be getting more scenes, unless they just magically move away. Olivia has been trying to get it on since the earlier chapters. It doesn't make sense to just have just 1 "real" scene and then they move on, it doesn't fit the characters personalities. It doesn't fit D's personality either, it makes no sense as to why she goes from curious about other guys to not doing anything . They may be minor paths, but don't start them in the first place just to ditch them later.

The writers have always struggled with a proper balanced story, and this just continues that struggle. Ditching paths that have just started more or less makes this a wasted chapter.

They're not getting cut. CH4 will focus on the girls paths. MMF scenes will be added to CH3 in this update, and maybe in a future update too, as special scenes and more content.

Martin and Ryan won't be part of the story in CH4.

Exactly, being cut. What do you call a branching path not being continued into the final chapter? Special renders don't count imo, especially when mmf was planned to be in the game since the beginning and has been foreshadowed all throughout. MrDots said there would be "some" in ch.3 which doesn't really seem promising.

How could you not have known? It says it in the walkthrough, it's foreshadowed in the game, back during the patreon days it was presented in the list of fetishes front and center, etc

You don't like it. We get it. You wouldn't have to play that route. But for those of us who have been around since the beginning we're disappointed in something being promised and teased throughout the game for years and not being delivered.
