So long as you saved at the end of part 3 when it told you to then you just start a new game, it will give you the option of entering manually or loading that final part 3 save.

if you are on her path, then yes.
You can have Georbina OR Jennifer (both are mutually exclussive to each other)
Dev is aware and a fix is in the works for the next update. None of the tips to work around the issue worked for me.

Because I'm not planning on playing this whole game again for the other route.
