I don't understand Mr.Dots problem, Patreon is for donations, you don't need to do anything, just have a Patreon and ask for money.

That is, you don't need to give anything in return, and Patreon never gave a damn about it, some devs have been more than 6 months without delivering anything and their Patreon are still alive and running.
Just keep DMD on your site or blog to keep people informed and use Patreon only to get "donations".

He probably will keep patreon there and use it to get his funds by selling the new game on Patreon, while keeping dmd on another site. Everybody will know that those funds aren't due to the followers of the new game, but since he'll match Patreon's request they won't be able to close his account. So, he'll keep using Patreon to get the money for dmd even if it's not hosted there anymore, probably, at least until he doesn't find a better solution.

I've said this previously but running a project like this on the expectation of monthly donations across years is a bad idea. Something is always going to come along and disrupt everything when you're relying on third parties.
The thing is the incest thing sells. Really I think what sells is the opportunity to do taboo things you could never and would never do in real life. Nobody is going to leave that money untapped so really it's all a matter of developers finding a way to satisfy Patreon while also delivering taboo.
You're all very angry at Patreon here but the real problem is the payment industry. You have no idea how much of a strangehold they have on what's "allowed" to exist. It's one of the reasons cryptocurrencies are so popular.
I'm going to take an optimistic approach here and hope that means DMD will both continue and return somewhat to its roots of the MC being an utterly deplorable piece of shit. I actually find it somewhat more offensive to try and pretend you're boning your daughter but you're a good guy because you're all like romantic and stuff about it. Embrace the dark side and so on.

I’m one whose said a MDots remains the same pace regardless of income stream because he wants to remain with the same hands-on control. He’s also indicated he wishes to keep DMD at the same envisioned full 3-Chapter length so it matches his vision of the game (sounds like some film makers who fight the studio so they can see their vision). Be ironic if this crisis is also one which shows the progression is indeed due to artist control and not a hoarding of incoming finances.

The moment he knew last year Patreon was shutting down Incest sites on their server MRDots should have called his game DMD and it would have been fine. But he was naive and just thought as long as I don't hear anything from Patreon I won't change a thing.

Couldn't a site like Nutaku that is a sponsor of this site be an option? They have payment providers and such all in place already and specialise in adult content. They could make crowdfunding a side project and income source if they would wish to.

I am exactly with you that the payment industry is ultimately to blame for the initial restrictions Patreon placed on all adult material - and possibly key in this iteration as well. Please see the following explanation of the issue pulled from a site that is not describing Patreon but is talking about mainstream porn and pay systems:

It is my understanding that early on Patreon negotiated with the service providers to not make higher fee costs - in return for the originally seen restrictions Patreon placed on adult material providers. I do not know, but suspect that the merchant service provider issue is still a driver in today’s issue.

Now if they were only approached by Mr Dots, they might not see the potential profit, but if they were approached by 40 to 50 devs they might get interested.
Edit: Another option could be mangagamer, they also specialise in adult games, though mostly translations and publish rape, incest and loli content at this moment.

Why don't exsist a site like Patreon, maybe in Japan, where the rules with porn games are less restrictive ?
