) say "here are some general rules. Cartoons and depictions are nearly always acceptable. Real-life photos and videos of sexual acts are very often considered pornography." The enforcement doesn't seem to be thorough at all. However, MakerSupport is a small operator at the moment, so if Stripe were to take notice and start enforcing their rules more strictly in the future, there might problems ahead.
The payment part is a bitch. No point in getting paid if you can't get at the money. Brazil (if that is where he is based) is apparently coming (you can ask for an invite ATM) and there's something called "Stripe Atlas" which "No matter what country you’re based in, you can use

to easily incorporate a U.S. company, set up a U.S. bank account, and start accepting payments with Stripe." Anyway, I'm looking at these things out of idle curiosity, I'm sure MrDots has researched all of these options far more thoroughly.
