Judging by this update, regrettably not. DMD fans are now left clutching at straws. Something along the lines you mentioned, less time on Melody and more time spent on DMD by the dev-team, would have been a sweet outcome for DMD-lovers.
The saddest people should be D-only because of certain "progressions" in 0.18. Everybody else should be joyful. For harems and beasts, that were looking very iffy pre-0.18, now appear very likely and sooner than anyone forecast.

Hey we know for a long time that something big will happen in 0.20 under certain circumnstances.Not sure which of the writer said it.But we speculate that will be sex with D on harem route or at least on Elena+F and Elena+D path.

Nothing happens in DMD until it actually happens. Even then, it can be changed or totally erased.
Think what's happened since DMD was banned from Patreon (I want to leave out switching to 14.5 and 16.5 resulting in a new save system since this project seems to have been mainly done before the ban). I believe long-term Patreon funding for future projects is the key but other factors are also in play. Outsiders--all non-dev-teamers, for sure--can't know how important these factors are. But DMD 0.1-0.16 is like DMD v.1 and DMD 0.17 and 0.18 is DMD v.2. Very confusing for speculators!

I agree. I found this chapter very good and filled with everything I have come to expect from the game. To have split time between two games and still have this level of quality between the two, shows the focus that Mr. Dots team has. Which version you have that F can fuck Elena on day 3?There is no such thing.Not to mention he meet Jennifer/day 3/ before Elena.And sex with Elena is on day 11 but only if you play DmD 0.14/7 months ago/.In DmD 0.11 there is no sex with Elena.

I hear you as I’ve been hypersensitive to it as well. Out of that arise two things which I’m pushing to remedy Some way or another - and have a Hercule Poirot epiphany in v19.

(1) Elena as D’s best friend and with the most corrupt mind of the VN should have realized what was going on with F/D way earlier. I’d like to see some self-chastising on her part on this one.

(2) As for the time between the first shower scene and the second - and the lack of resonance of familiarity the first shower scene and masturbation scene with Elena, I agree. — Arguably, Elena with her sexual escapades with almost anything that moves, Elena did not dwell on those moments or has since gotten distracted.
