I think it was what she said during the sex scene (I've edited the post to include a screenshot with Dotty's dialog) and the way she looked resembled D a lot. I hate that they made her seem a little stupid (slow-witted), but that was clearly either a shoutout or an insult to DMD. I guess it could be taken either way depending on how you look at it.
