Wish you could have a route wherein you can be in a relationship with anyone except D without getting a "game over". Dating My Daughter doesnt have to be literally as if romanctically abnormal between Father and daughter. Like in the early parts of the game, they called it "dating" as in friendly family bonding only. Why cant we have that?
Why cant I have Margo or Georgina to myself without love points on D?
Also had an idea that says "getting your ex wife back" route. That would be hot. Even if she was a deceiver, you cant deny she looks better than D.

Because development time is a finite resource. This is a niche game for a particular fetish. Having the developers devote time away from that particular specialization in order to support other interests might broaden the appeal somewhat, but it will also reduce the amount of content delivered to the core (i.e. paying) audience.
Specialization is a thing. Fro a lot of people, it makes more sense for one game to have a ton of incest content and another game to have a ton of (for example) milf content than for both of them to half-ass both kinds of content.
In the case of DMD, because it has been drawn out for a truly remarkable amount of time (an why not? It is making money, and the fans are enjoying it) lots of other niches have drifted in there-- some vanilla, some interracial, a bit of yuri, a bit of loli, some milf, etc-- some of which has attracted guys like you. However, if you expect the level of non-incest content to be anywhere near the level of the core content, you are going to be disappointed. You're better off looking into other games that *do* specialize in those areas.
New guy here. I noticed there wasn't a link for a walkthrough for chapter 3. Does anybody know where to get it or does it just not exist?

To be fair, I can understand him. Personally, I started the game only on the D-path, because Incest is the most interesting aspect for me, her model looks really great and I did not really like the other models.
However, I am stuck at Chapter 3 and honestly, I cannot stand the Daughter anymore. Her face looks so ugly in some shots (especially if she has this "doubtfull" or "sad" looking face with her lips pressed together) and the dialogues are just tiresome at this point, you click them, they talk and every dialogue is basically the same.
So I can totally understand why some players might be fed up with D. Yes, they will be the minority, but they exist.

I did read. I just don't know what "In-game Walkthrough Code" means exactly. Where do I put the code? Main menu? In a text box somewhere? And what does it even do? Is there a walkthrough file in the game? Does it highlight positive option?

The code is for the in-built walkthrough. I advise against it.
Use Lain's Mod instead, it's much better.

He asked for a walkthrough and not the mod which is why I directed him to such.
The problem with Lain's mod is that it can set variables that are not supposed to both be set (Georgina and Jen)
The game takes info for chapter 4 and I do not know how it behaves if both variables are set since I pick Jen over Ge 5 times a day and 10 times on Sunday. But ultimately they are not ever going to be combined in the regular game.

We can agree that the game has lost the verve / frisson of its original plot outline and early chapters as it has followed patrons clamour for a more vanilla storyline. However, the game is called "Dating My Daughter", D is the daughter, the plot revolves primarily around her and her sexual interactions with the Player Character, her father, the roles are not optional. Without her there is no story; maybe evilkitty97 should consider posting their desire as a request in https://f95zone.to/forums/game-requests.3/ as opposed to a whinge in here; afterall these are porn / fetish games (check the tags), not really a place to find no-touchy no-feely romantic wholesome F/D relationship plot lines

Cute. Why dont you do it? I was never demanding anything, nor was I requesting anything. Did you saw me say "please?" with puppy eyes? All I ever said were questions and assumptions, basically only "what ifs" and speculations. I wasnt whining, merely questioning the game mechanics all this time out of curiousity and conjectures. Dont be triggered too much fan boy. Because I didnt despised nor did I attacked this game. And I dont plan to. After all, "its only game".
