You mean over 21? They've stated that they live in the US, where the legal drinking age is 21, and that they are post college. This aunt plot point is bull. The dad knows how many years Amanda has been alive and will have access to a birth certificate. The aunt has no rights at all. You can't create some ambiguous age here. Not without insinuating that Amanda is underage and thereby admiting this game is CP. The writing was good up until this point, but needs to be reexamined.

The legal age to drink in the U.S. isn't set by a fedral law. It's up to the individual states themselves. In some states it is in fact legal to drink at 18.

I concur: Jettison the Aunt story-line as soon as possible. Focus instead on the relationship between MC & daughter. Add a pregnancy or pregnancy scare, have daughter get jealous when MC has to keep schtooping Kathy to keep up appearances, steal kisses in the office, alley, or kitchen, have them almost get caught, maybe have them get caught, try to get Kathy onboard, have a threesome... Possibilities galore.

Well sort of. During the bush administration West Virginia was forced to raise its drinking age from 18 to 21 by the Feds or the Federal government was going to withhold all federal road money.
So yeah the minimum drinking age is technically set by the state but don't think of treating an adult like an adult until they are 21, unless its voting for President then even though you are too irresponsible to drink, or buy ammo, or in some places purchase cigarettes you can vote at 18.
Maybe the aunt has come to take Amanda away because she works for Patreon?
