Nice work Deathstrike2 !Wow, I am really struggling with low light scenes. This is what I came up with -- not happy with it, but it's a start. It just seems way too bright for a night scene to me, but anything less seemed too dark. Any Daz gurus out there have any advice for me? I'd appreciate it.

I agree wholeheartedly. In my serious work nowadays I spent at least the same amount of time, I used to create the render itself, without render time. Sometimes even way more. And my cartoon sprites for games and VNs will probably become canvas-based, which means: no postwork, no image at all.Nice work Deathstrike2 !
I am so far from being a Daz guru it isn't on the radar... BUT
For what it's worth, I would place a light facing that tree in the background (turn the intensity way down) then place a light at the back of her head (intensity down) and this will separate her from the background making her "pop" imho.
As far as post-production goes, yeah you can do everything in Daz Studio alone, but every one of US who have a little pride in our work will spend a decent amount doing "postwork" to clean up mistakes and add vibrance, realism, etc. yes sir, all who are a lil serious about our craft are still somewhere in that learning curve and will use different programs that we like.
Sorry if this reply is a lil lengthy. (my nature) Again, Nice work man !
it reminds me of the movie

(also, I really like the FG University environment, but holy Cthulhu it takes a while to render anything in. Denoiser pulling a lot of weight here even after a 6-hour render. Have to look into optimizing it if I want to do anything else with it)
It looks like Sangriart's character but the skins seem different (probably lighting, I really need to learn lighting...). If it's Sangriart's I need to add her to my wishlist.View attachment 977106
New character I just picked up trying to recreate dragon Lady I still have to put the dragons in there but I wanted to test this before I put it in the scene let me know what y'all think.
Generally speaking, it's the hair not fitting quite right. You can bump the hair up or down a little, and it helps. So I'm very new to Daz and learning about how to make ghost lights and did this render of a character:

Then for giggles I decided to slap another character in there. When going to render, the eyes turned red and there were some squiggles on the face. I though a glitch but it happened multiple times. This particular render was cut short compared to the above. Can anyone tell me what this is about?
