The fluid is too fast. Yeah, it can move that quickly, but when most people think of some jizz dripping out, it's not a quick spurt. I'd start by halving the speed and see how that looks.

The right girl looks unproportional compared to the other persons in the pic. The head and eyes are to big and I believe from a medical point there won't be enough place for inner organs in that waist. Could it be that the chars base is a toon character ?
