Okay, the scene is still preparing for Iray preview as the progress bar shows (1.). You have many objects in your scene, so this preparation can take a while. In theory, you can view the scene without the "blackout" if you switch from "Nvidia Iray" to "Texture shaded" in the preview mode (2.)
