Not sure, but it could be a problem with polygon collisions (I mean when some polygons going through another). Check if this cum prop is going through the body itself, and if so, try to offset it a little bit.
Check if this prop has "expand" adjustment and play with it, or just move it out of body with "Translate Tool".

The prop is indeed partly inside the bodypolygons, but that's intended, so you get to see a "fluid" effect from the visible parts. Translating, expanding, mesh manipulation will destroy this effect and then look ... odd
