In fact, manytimes before I am satisfied with a render, I do it over and over with different expressions, because it is very hard to judge in previev. Chances are high, that I have one scene with x-different expressions

Does anyone know why im getting this phantom clipping on the left shoulder? it not there in the editor and not there in Iray preview on real iray.

have you by any chance a "scarred shader" applied in this region? Many of them use bump to get the scar-effect, and when it's a "positive" bump, it is rendered aoutwards, an you can't see it in preview, because it is not physically intersecting with any mesh...
