might be something similar to what sometimes happens with hair caps - head poking through the hair cap and black lines, forehead/temples, black lines where one surface crosses the other, you can only really see that pokethrough in "Wire shaded", not wire texture shaded, but just Wire shaded

I personally haven't seen that happen to clothes yet though, but might be worth switching to that mode and examining those spots, hide unnecessary geometry before, that mode is quite "heavy" if you have lots of fine geometry in the scene

might also have something to do with geoshells if you have one for wet skin effects or water beads

3 solutions that I'd try:
1) push modifier added to the top (adjust thickness to 0.1, increase as necessary),
2) Meshgrabber addon (get it if you don't have it yet), adjust the top geometry where necessary to fix the pokethrough,
3) there is also "Fit control" addon, when you run the script it adds all sorts of morphs to particular clothing item you enabled it on, one or more of those morphs might help adjusting the top to fix the problem

Too put it simply, the t-shirt is too small for the figure, try expanding it a little & use Autofollow Transforms. It usually shows up in Texture Shaded, both Autofollow & FitControl should fix these problems.
