probably because Patreon hates Incest of any kind and wont allow incest content on their website (that goes for shota and loli content too hence the patches for them too)

it says Loli & Shota & incest, is the shota included with the loli or incest patch or is there a seperate patch for that too?

It's the loli/shota patch then under previous versions is the one for the incest patch.

if you mean incest and only dowloaded one patch from lewd patcher, there is another patch there under the dowload. click on show previos versions and dowload that too.

Neko-Hime is amazing, though I named the Second sister in the Japanese Spa Sakura only for the mother to be named Sakura with no chance to change it, oops...

After Im finished with MS D17, I continue working on DiT CH5

Incest/Loli/Shota Patch seems bugged. MC/Other characters use landlady/roommate/household etc instead of mom/sister/family

The inc patch is not included with the Loli/Shorta patch, when you are on Lewdpatcher page for Deadlocked In Time you have to click previous versions under the mega link for the L/S patch then download the Inc patch from there

Don't be hard on yourself. I did it too. I loaded the first patch and discovered quickly that the I patch wasn't active, so I went back and tried clicking on previous version, just in case. If the both patches are loaded, both sisters will appear on the right side of the main screen with the label mentioning which patch each sister represents.
