i have to download "Main game part 2 or chapter 5 part 1?

If you've never played it at all, both. Play "Chapter 5 Part 1", which takes you through Chapters 1-5. Once you're done, you'll have a save you can then load in "Main Game Part 2", which is Chapter 6 so far.

The twins' and the little sister's friends' dialogue is even worse, it's like they've only just learned how to talk, but slightly worse than that even.

There is a duplication of functions defined. Is there a folder inside your /game/ folder named module?
If yes inside that is there a file named def_functions.rpy and maybe also .rpyc
If yes then delete it(them)

I got similar errors but today I downloaded v0.2.2 from Racaty link and merged the patches Xmas DLC, relation 2.2, flower 2.2 and Xmas flower 2.2 and the game now runs properly. My previous download of the game was from the Mega link.

also, I'd like to point out how messed up it is to change the indicators that patches are installed correctly halfway through development. Totally forgot that happened and was looking for the old ones.
