Since I've seen a lot of people asking what's going on, and since I haven't checked this thread for a few weeks, I figured I should post this from Thundy's Discord:

Good evening gang. Just wanted to make this announcement here rather than on the blog since 99% of the traffic on the blog comes direct from here anyway. My friends at nof8 studio had to close their patreon page today. Patreon's terms and conditions are constantly changing and a great deal of effort is being made to push out creators of adult content. This is nothing new, adult creators have been banned from patreon steadily for a while now and the time has come for we the consumer to vote with out wallets and stop supporting a company which is run by ideologists who coincidentally used to be the very same people who were against authoritarianism, censorship and repression of free speech.​

Having had a lengthy discussion with them, we came to the conclusion that with so little support for all of our current projects, it made sense to close down crowdfunding for nof8 studio and Thundorn Games and continue in the short term as hobbyist developers until we are able to generate more of a following.​

​

What does this mean for you? pretty much nothing. I will still continue working on Deeper and BOA and nof8 will pick up Red-Swallow. It just means that we feel less pressured to create content in a rush. Patrons and supporters have been really great and I couldnt wish for a better group of fans but ultimately there is that unspoken obligation to provide content to a timescale which realistically at the moment I will struggle to achieve.​

Sadly it begins to look like it. Only update in a month is a reposting of a subscribestar notification, that was posted a month before that. And its about same length since he told about a soon coming update.

Nothing on his blog, youtube or discord recently.
