Make sure that you downloaded version for windows

Alright, I made sure it was.
It's here in my "This Pc- Downloads" and has an Internet explorer E next to it. I don't see a run game.exe
When I click on it a window pops up that says View Downloads. Defenestration....Rar {Open}{Save} it doesn't matter what I click a window briefly opens and closes on the screen and I'm right back to square one feeling retarded.

you need to open the rar with a program

As stated above, you need to extract the folder in the .rar file. Use a utility like 7zip which is free, easy to use, and a simple Google search away from a download if you don't have any other archiver/extractor.

Assuming you'll install and use 7zip, just do the following: Right click the .rar file, go to 7zip, then extract the files to your desired location. After the files are unpacked, you should be able to find the unzipped Defenestration folder which will have the game executable inside it.

Believe it or not I've been playing off and on every few months at gamcore since before the art change. I've had to restart my file every update because I just never had the time between work/social to figure this out. You just made social distancing 20% easier for me.

I mean, if I was the Turtle Hermit in the same universe as Android 18, I would use those dragonballs faster than you can say: "Oh hey, Android 18 is in the same universe as me"

Can you upload the save file? I want to test something to see wherever or not it fixes it.

After some checking around, never mind. The version currently uploaded here is not the hotfixed one.
There is a version 0.4.8a which fixes your problem, but currently I can only find it on their patreon page.

Android 21 ain't a directly bad choice, but she wasn't around when I decided for Android 18 to be my "main waifu" if you catch my drift.
