My way to grind masochism and sado at the same time is to look for hostile NPC who aim to hurt and not to molest, this way I don't need to anger them or asks them to be rough and I fight back to gain sado points.
The guard at Elk Street Compound works if you have access to it.
I usually go fight Remy's guards after playing blackjack with Wren to keep Alex's farm safe. You can control the number of guards you face at the house by playing with Wren.
Usually fighting 2 guards every 1 or 2 days is enough for me to maintain maso and sado close to the max, to overcome daily depreciation. Depreciation is 150 right? 15 is too low, it has been awhile since I play the game so I have forgotten.

How does one acquire the new seeds that are found by "exploring connudatus street" ?
Is it from exploring the stall markets ? Cause i've been doing this for like an in-game week straight and still no seed.

Yes, it's from doing that 30 minutes time wasting action, some of the events are PC finding a stall that sell seeds.
I wasted a week trying to get that event to spawn enough times to buy all the seeds (savescumming is possible, just do one of the 1 or 2 minutes wasting actions). The good thing is that I found enough fertilizers to fully max Alex's farm plot while searching for the seeds.
Now the only seeds I am missing are the poppies which only spawns at Eden's or in the Assylum, but I need my PC to either pass out or max her trauma.

When you're in your bedroom, go to Gameplay settings and turn on cheat mode, and under cheats it should be one of the first in stats, under Virginities :) You can get any virginity back that way. I don't know if there's any way without turning on cheat mode

by editing the gamefile to always enable the cheat menu without setting cheat mode on so u dont lock urself out of gaining achievements. like i did :KEK:

This game really needs a setting between "NPCs will judge your gender based on your genitals" and "NPCs will consider your genitals when perceiving your gender"

In the former, it is practically impossible to change your gender appearance to the opposite of your genital.
But with the latter, having shoulder length hair held with hairclips is enough to counter having your cock and balls exposed. Add some cute socks, and everyone will accept you as a girl despite your 6" cock in full view.

I believe we need a setting where genitals have a very big impact on your perceived gender, but can be countered if the player works for it.
Have a very feminine appearance, big breasts, small penis, etc. THEN you should be considered looking like a girl despite your visible penis.

I want to work for my sissification dammit. :HideThePain:

Here is part of the description: "...you found the Crossdresser background to be woefully insufficient for this, this is the mod for you! That mod doesn't solve the my problem which the weight of genitals in perceived gender. Problem is how little weight genitals have vs how big an impact mundane accessories have. I'm a man with very long hair that wears hair ties IRL. Not a single sane person would think that makes me look like a woman, at the same rate my cock and ball makes me look like a man.

Yet, in the game, it does. They literally have the same value. Its that easy to override the effects of your genitals. I just wish we had an option where genitals had much higher weight.

There are lots of ways to get money and Robin is the only love interest that require help. Learn how to get money fast in game or slow down your progress with Robin by ignoring his event.
Once you get a hang of the game and some skill up, money is no big issue.
