Your game has NTR. Michelle cheating on you is 100% NTR. It causes emotional impact to the players and pisses the MC off when he finds out.
No, not really. Netorare is the fetishisation of infidelity and the humilliation, heart break and anxiety that comes with it, not the infidelity per se (that's one of the reasons why there are two tags for it on the webpage).
If you get mad, well, that makes sense, it's what i'm looking for. You getting angry at Johny getting betrayed like that, but not finding any sort of enjoyment out of it (which is why we never see James and Michelle have sex, because it would be disgusting). But at no point do I find or pretend to make people find sexual gratification on the suffering of the character getting cheated on. I would even dare say that Michelle it's the only one that gets to be an actual cuckquean because you have to fuck her mom and her rival at the same time in order to reach one of the endings and there is nothing she can do about it, even worse, she still wants to be with you afterwards despite Johny filling up all of her mom's holes... and well, it makes sense it makes you feel bad, it's a bad ending after all. I could even argue that's a bit of netori, but not entirely sure since you don't steal anything from anyone.
I understand this is a very touchy issue, especially because I wanted to explore infidelity in a more realistic fashion (yes, even in a game full of robots, magic and monsters) and why it happens, in this case, your choice of not pushing Michelle into being a little more confident and to love herself, makes her insecure and afraid. Which makes her cheat with someone she thinks she can feel a connection, this person being her best friend's boyfriend: James (Who also gets cheated on and reacts accordingly. Not once trying to sexualize her pain, but rather to give her a human reaction and with all the bittersweetness of a revenge fuck, if you ever had one, you get what I mean).
Of couse, following this idea. I wanted the results of this infidelity to be realistic too. Her best friend (Jasmine in this case) either want's revenge and fucks the MC or she simply stops being her friend and sees her as less than an annoying bug. The remorse in Michelle's words, if you decide to fuck Jasmine, is also something I wanted to explore without making her feel like a smug FMC in an ntr manga, something I personally don't like and rather get a realistic attitude of her (if anyone has seen or been with a woman that has cheated, they will tell she behaves in such way due to internalized shame).
As the Walkthrough says: YOUR CHOICES MATTER. You will get different results from what you decide to do or say. Some of these will be good, some will be bad. But at no point do you ever actually find netorare in the game. Anger is a realistic and, on average, more normal response to infidelity. Making the MC submissive to Michelle's desires of having sex with other men, or making him feel sad and unable to leave her due to some misguided idea of love, or have her rub his suffering on his face because it makes her wet or some bullshit like that. THAT would make it netorare. But that's not happening in the story and to say otherwise, is disingenuous and it would mean we are lying to both fans of netorare and non fans alike.
More importantly, you never really get back with her. The game itself clarifies that: "Taking you back would be the biggest mistake I could ever make!" the romantic connection is completely severed in that ending and in the other is left open to interpretation since both of you are now sex toys for Natasha.
As for the part with her dad... well, a big incest family on all sides sounded funny to me. And more importantly, the MC reacts in a completely different way from what Netorare protags do.
With that said. I don't think people seems to understand the difference between Netorare, Netori or Netorase or even what they actually are. So a discussion about this was innevitable, I knew it was coming the moment I finished Michelle's route. But again, that's only one choice in a VN full of them. You can always avoid it if you want.
TL;DR: Netorare is not the only about cheating. There is none in the script due to it being designed to explore infidelity and how this affects people but not to find pleasure or gratification on the heart break. The reaction of the MC in no moment is full submission to her wishes, quite the oppossite actually.
