I wanted to point out that we found a bug with the dialogue in Nana's path and updated the game to correct it. If you've already downloaded the game, then you only need to download the bug fix. Simply download the scripts.rpa file and drag it into the "game" folder. Overwrite the existing file. The link is in the OP.
Also, we've officially released an Android version of Delicate Taboo! It's in Early Release for our Patreon supporters for the next two weeks. I'll post a link to it when it goes public on Dec 23.

Based on your second sentence, it sounds like you understand how to play the game quite well. What is confusing you?

Hopefully the integrated walkthrough I'm working on will help that. For now, just follow Lori's path.
Your choices will send you down different branches of each path. Save whenever you encounter a choice after you select a girl. Then, you can easily return to those points and play the path with different choices. Nearly all choices will substantially change the story.
If you don't reject Lucy, you will get extra femdom. If you go to Nana's after choosing Lori, you will see extra femdom in that path too.
