Except plenty of parts are not understandable at all, and several of these recent games are so poorly done they're broken.
Personally I prefer the third option of "leave it alone until someone has time." But please, show me the legions of ready, skilled translators ready to touch hentai games with the intent to distribute them here if only I pay them. Plenty of folks fund devs and translators, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a very limited resource with a long lead time to train new folks. Every single "MTL hater" on this forum could be learning Japanese, and how to crack open and modify games along side their real jobs and most of them wouldn't have sufficient skill for 5-10 years to say nothing for those that would wash out of said attempt.
more to the point, what's supremely frustrating is there are plenty of actually decent resources here for "do it yourself" laid out step by step. There is good MTL, but this recent slew of it has been bottom tier at best and basically ensures that these games will never get a second chance.

Quite linear like she got pregnant with the mayor are unavoidable but after that she can still get pregnant to other NPCs such as the with the shop owner, when you have sex with him you got 2 choices: Either accept his offer and MC will bear his child or refuse and just want to have sex
