Unfortunately, it is unlikely. There has only been one swinging scene, with most of the optional content being sharing of Kat.
I still think that a logical continuation of the swinging scene is a threesome between MC, Kat and Andrea (the word threesome was actually used during the swinging scene when Andrea joined Charles and Kat on the bed and then MC joins in again : something about turning a threesome into a foursome).

It's not a tastes thing, I don't have anything against sharing or swapping it's just a couple of things stopped me doing it here.
I really like those 2 as a couple and i'm a romantic gal at heart so seeing a happy couple makes me happy.
I don't like the guys that have been offered up on the sharing path. The 2 guys the MC can let her sleep with both annoyed me, did not like them at all. One reason that I have avoided the sharing path is that is is completely one sided, but I could handle sharing her with a girl (and then hoping to eventually get invited to join).

I'd like a girl sharing route too more for my personal kink than anything.
I think this game has quite a few people covered kink wise but the sharing path does seem one sided from the options i've seen. I might try it one day to see what they read like. I just need to get over my dislike of the characters she gets the option of sleeping with.
I think the sharing is far from random. The ‘bulls’ are physically attractive enough to arouse Kat but not morally exciting to her so as to be a threat to her loving matrimony. In Trevor’s case it’s used to extract information from him and a form of payment and then because he was available at the time. In the case of the first hunter she was meant to dominate him but because it was his first time she decided to make it worthwhile for him. In either case the implication is that she is so hot that they are both head over heels over her. Charles’s obsession with Kat had to be rewarded for MC to have a first try with Andrea. This too shows how devious MC can be. He was also adept with his mouth so Kat had to try. As far as FFM Sarah and Andrea are the most likely and Sandra could be worked into the story. Sarah is getting too close to MC to make a credible friend with benefits now. I don’t find Kat watching MC in action with another female particularly exciting. That’s a male fantasy IMO from too much porn and so far Kat has shown no inclination to watch. She is also unaware of MC cheating on her so that would be have to be cleverly managed. As usual I will let the Dev surprise me. Can’t wait for next instalment.

We currently have two optional paths : swinging, and sharing Kat with guys. Why not make everyone happy and have a third optional path of sharing Kat with girls.
