That's post-processing, the dev didn't put the option to disable any of them, even though Unreal has quite straight forward examples of options menu with all of them included to be toggleable.

"just" selling stuff to increase trader lvl takes an internity cause you have to wait until they restock or sell/buy where you lose to much money with otehr wise does enemy kills count also?(it seems that way).
