incest patch is LITERALLY not working, instructions followed to the letter, still ''land lady''

Copy contents of patch folder into 'game' folder and restart game.

Make sure the game is not running.

Copy contents of patch to
DRIVE:\demonboysaga-version.number-ostype\game

After which start the game possible (make a save as well) exit and after a restart it should all work.

Unless the patch is file mis-matched for the version you have in this case some pointers might not see some context dialogue all the time, it would say land lady and others time say mother.
^Anyway the patch ain't perfect, even if it is installed correctly.^
