There are many more vanilla games that suffer delays continuously, more than 6 months without new updates or worse.
Still you have a bunch of people defending this behaviour, so I would say some people just love to get fucked.

You joke but I made a claim last week that the release won't be till the end of May or beginning of June. The average development cycle for some of the more interesting VNs is around 6 months (BaDIK as an example). Ero was trying to release his in 3 - 4 months which is a bit unrealistic given he doesn't have the hardware to speed that up.FFS NO. I was just saying by the looks of it! It won't come out till may. It also seems people continued beating a dead horse in slamming Ero for his bizarre choice to keep announcing release dates or estimated release dates. Some of us laughed at the irony of the situation as a Patreon supporter 7 months back suggested that Ero avoid announcing release dates. Ero countered by saying that the added pressure makes him work harder. Hopefully he's learned from this development cycle to avoid making claims of being capable of delivering a product until he's 99% done with it.
Apologies for another rant-y post. It sucks that the lack of content means there's hardly any discussions to be had here, especially with some of you here posing some crazy theories.

Eh, I wouldn't go that far, I think these are just screw-ups, myself. Obviously very frustrating to look at when I have opinions about it all, but it's not the end of the world.
Maybe he'll surprise us in a few hours and actually release it. Hard to be optimistic but I'm trying.

This game is incredible, for me it is among the best in character movement, only the main character doesn't have a penis that is below the knee and is not the thickness of an arm, this game already gets a 10, even though I'm addicted in pornographic 3D game, in the back of my conscience there is a little voice that speaks, waiting almost 6 months is wrong, English is not my language, I'm using google translator.

I've been working many hours this week to try and finish Chapter 4 ahead of this post. Unfortunately, due to the sheer amount of postwork and revision that still needed to be done, I wasn't able to make it in time. (I also added a bit more content, which means we're now pushing 700 renders for this Chapter.) I'm currently wrapping things up and I expect to be able to release the update this weekend.
