I think it's heading down this path where both things happen, based on the latest update, but we'll see. Maybe it will be a thing where MC will eventually have the mother for himself, but she still sleeps around as things progress. Difficult to say at this point.

Hey Guys, I wasn't entirely happy with Yoru's looks in Chapter 2, so I decided to give her a bit of a makeover. I've also altered her creepy sidekick, the "Man-eater", but that will be a surprise for the next Chapter.

I'm curious to hear what you guys think! Do you prefer this version as well?

i think the clue is that as much as you give into this girl Lilith and don’t push the "landlord" into a certain direction by helping her out with decisions the story will go fully NTR with her having amazing fun (or not so much fun from her perspective) with many other males.
if you decide to be here for her, guide her more by deciding more for her and don’t give into Lilith and his demonic nature the game will be less NTR and more some Milf-harem stuff with her being primary your mc’s pussy.

Holy shit! Just found this game and blown away by not just the story but the renders. The first sex scene with Lilith was awesome, and the story is actually really well written. I agree it'll be interesting to see how the NTR works with bully and boss, but hoping that it remains a solid route. I'm guessing part of it is keeping a low love score while keeping a high lust score? All in all great game, looking forward to future updates!

It's actually based on choices that increment the mo_ntr variable, as well as setting the m_ntr_route to true. For example, when the mother asks you to choose which of two dresses she should choose, one of the choices will deduct NTR points and the other will increase lust points. The NTR points also seem to dictate how far she will go with things.

Which may lead to one scene i found quite funny: the mother of the protagonist giving a mostly bored handjob to her boss while the guy is acting like it is the best thing ever. Such a loser.

1. ntr is about half of the game maybe sometimes less and sometimes more depending on your choices
2. yeah there are ntr points but at version I played ntr didn’t work fully with a scene didn’t happen (no problem just pointing it out)
3. The unavoidable ntr is really minor and there won’t happen much if you aren’t into that
4. Yes it’s with the landlady cause she is the primary female focus of this game and one of the only females who mc meets cause she is obliviously the landlady and not some random waitress in a bar or something like that.

So since she takes a big part in mc’s life and therefore the game and is one of the first females she automatically is and will be the primary center of optional ntr content (just in case this wasn’t already obvious for some ppl)
