oubtThe story hasn't reached that point at all. The landlady is always the last one to be plowed. I think it will be lily, the neighbour, the girl at school, aunt Lydia and then the landlady. If the mc plows Nicole next update sure it'll be satisfactory in the short term but will probably leave the chapters up next a lot less to work with.

Would be pretty unwise of dev to keep her as last on the other path, unless he likes that discussion to go on and on and have jealousy from players involved as well, cause she is easy on one path and impossible on other and she suddenly has standards and a brain even if MC has access to a succubus and NTR antagonists have not.X

It's because she's going to be on the romance path. It takes more time to build a romantic relationship with your landlady than it takes to just rape her which is basically what's happening on the ntr path. By your logic you've done a lot more with her than her boss has when you sexually assault her in her sleep. Even penetrated her briefly. Albeit on the bad ending. Yeah sure a romance path with sleeps sex which is also rape, and such a loving son, though at least a game over from this dev.
Romance only takes longer with someone new, his mom is not NEW, she is with him for 18 years already and has a relationship with him already and does not have to get to know him or MC her, it would just be a change in their relationship. She just believes society does not agree with her having a relation with her son and as such is bad thing to do or has an incest taboo. Now a serious incest taboo you do not break ever if exists, hell you will not even think sexually of the other if the biological defence worked. That idea society thinks it is bad you can overcome, but those signs would have been there since MC was 12 yo or even younger on both sides.
That have to be slow with mom is just bullcrap, they are already in a loving relationship for their whole life, you just need to break one obstacle and that depends completely on setup of the dev, he can have them fucking within a day or even for years already. That last would be more likely with an 18 yo MC actually if ever happens, if you did not have magic on your side (and dev decides power of that) it would likely never happen now unless you had a big trauma happen that really changed her life and outlook on it like losing a partner, not your job.
Like I said I know many love that slow burn with mom and see that relation develop romantically with mom, it is one of those illogical porn game memes, but does appeal to loads of players even if it almost never is more believable that they ever start something later on in game, based on what happens in game and even have a full and complete stairway to heaven with even some stalling on the stairway or steps back (looking at you Midnight Paradise for example for a very bad example) even if one person of the two is sexually experienced and had a relation for years.
When have a fast NTR path on the other half of the game it is a path that rather hurts the dev as helps him to keep it slow and making mom to innocent also clashes with her personality in the other path. Either both better be slow of fast and as we know in NTR path that longing for a slow building of a relationship is more rare, even if some might like a slow corruption as well.
