i did some testing and i found something. You need to have NTR points to 3/4 (dont know really but try to max it, choice for it are pretty obvious) and 7 lust pts for mom, for that u need to take ALL lust pts choices. Problem is if u let lillith do her bj when mom call you to go shopping u wont have enough love points to massage her and so lose one lust pt . Also i didnt got the scene if mom had to much love point (got 6 for the scene) but in your pic he got 8 so maybe i fcked up somewhere. But that how i got the scene , try yourself and give us your reply

Yes, but i think you said something about a cheat mod or something like that & i dont want to do it like that way i want to reach that scene normally

Yeah, I don't see a way to do that naturally in the game at this time. If you look at the screenshot I posted, the mo_ntr variable must be greater than 2. However, the code in the game only allows you to increment the value twice. So you can only get a max value of 2 for that variable. Either the condition in the code needs to be changed by the dev, or the dev forgot to add a third increment to the variable.

you need to help your aunt in the kitchen so that you find the heavier wine instead of helping her unpack in order to get this scene.
there is 3 ntr pts in chap 2 and i think another in chap 3. in chap 2, the two times she talk about her boss encourage her to go for it/do anything to keep her job, and when she try the short black dress dont say that its too revealing, chose the other option

pretty sur the 'it is fine' choice give lust+ntr point, but i used saves from 0.23 so that may be the reason. Dont know much, i dont know my way around computer, i just retry a lot
So many people asking questions about NTR, just play the game and enjoy the renders it only takes like 1-2 hours

That may have been so in that version. I actually had to restart my playthrough because something changed in the new version and I got an error.

I think some one else mentioned a mod earlier in this thread, but I never used it so am not knowledgeable on that matter.
The game has beautiful renders and a promising start. Lack of much content for now, but the dev is really talented in what he does

Im still unable to get the Nicole NTR scene at the office, and this is on v0.32.
I read the changelog for v0.32 and apparently the dev changed the requirement. Is it still the 3 ntr point thing? because I still cant get it.
Otherwise the update is great and I did not know there was even a tooltip until one of the comments above me mentioned it. Will definitely use it in future playthroughs. As someone who is inexperienced with fiddling with the console, this is immensely helpful. Thanks guys.
