If you played v0.5 - then you want to click "continue" when the game loads and select save slot #50 to start at new content. If you've never played before, you want to start new game.
Oh so we have to redownload the game and we don't get our old saves? Just making sure I have that correct.

You download the whole game - new content starts from save slot #50. As for your old saves (if you have certain save points for certain scenes you want to rerun) there is a way to use your old saves from v0.5, but it requires certain steps to take including making saves in the new version that line up to save slot numbers in old version and then copy/pasting the old saves over to the new folder's save directory (but not copy/pasting the old #50 over the new #50).
one thousand percent. That scene makes me like the character less but i dont really care because its a porn game. i guess i chalk it up to "these kind of games are made to lead up to sex scenes not to actually have good dialouge"

anyone want to.. explain this ? seems like his phones security is pretty... sure about it all.
however i dont think this would make sense unless the creator was unaware. the creator is coming up off this game.
the guys hes paying to help him however... may see a few thousand RAT "slaves" as a sweet and exciting come up. and those RAT "slaves" are guaranteed by the thousands.... and id be one of them

No, the dad is a dick. I say this as an older parent and a person who pays the bills for his family.
- the dad is gambling money that is needed to pay bills - hoping he wins
- don't forget that mom has a good job, as well - so the family isn't strictly relying on dad's work (in fact, we don't know how the bills are broken down - we don't know if dad's job is the "breadwinner" or supplementary income, even if he puts up a front)
- he's an ass from the moment you see him on the screen in this version - dismissive of his children and, in fact, belittling them

It's a false positive. They are the only person reporting this and this has already been answered by one of the developers running the file through virustotal checker. If you'd like to verify, you could do the same.

I am understanding, if I came off as dismissive - that wasn't my intent. The point of my comment was the issue had already been addressed and answered, it seemed like bringing it up again was moot and could create greater confusion than resolution.

That wasn't an elephant. That was his dog Spot.His commercials were legendary, I grew up in Santa Clara, CA and got to see on of his ads being filmed in the 80's, all I remember is an elephant.
In the above scenario, Spot would probably be a Hellhound.

Based upon your question, I am assuming you haven't played this game before otherwise you would know.
If you haven't played the game before, I would recommend starting a new game and playing all the way through because there will be quests that you don't know the location of certain places without having to search this thread for answers (or asking obvious questions). A maternity ward is an area within a hospital.
If you are deadset on only playing the new content from save slot #50, it would help you to follow along with the video playthough I made of the new content. #7,065
does anyone has an 0.5 save i accedentally dleted mine and dont wanna play the whole game for the update

Same as every previous update of this game after the first - there is a preloaded save starting at new content for Win/Linux/Mac users (and mobile users using Joiplay). From the OP - right above the download links:

You said you played this game before. If you did, you should know where the waterfall is. If not:
Make sure you have your Search results preferences set to "most recent" first.
