From just trying the game out the pregnancy content is pretty much that the whole setting of the game is that the MC needs to impregnate a bunch of ppl to bolster his forces but he just can't impregnate ppl instead he must first gather the different colored magic crystals and then infuse them with female cum. Then after that he can start impregnate every female in the game. How it works after that is pretty much that there will be a copy of the sex scenes you have with the different girls before their pregnant just that afterwards the sex scene is repeated with a pregnant belly.
Overall the game is pretty much unless you cheat just a grind where you have to constantly chug healing potions while fighting the girls, you get 99 healing "potions" every time you talk to the succubus at your castle. There also seemingly isn't anything like a plot or story in the game outside of go there fight monsters and girls, then go there and do the same. So I would strongly recommend just getting the completed save and just checking out the gallery unless the grinding part is the fun and reason your playing.

It's an installer, iirc. Just direct it to the folder where you extracted the full game to.

The game has been updated on Steam. If I understand this correctly, the main game is now 18+ with censored graphics and only Japanese language support. English and Chinese translation with uncensored graphics are available as a separate DLC for free:

Unless you haven't purchased the Steam version, you can't download that DLC anyway, so the patch from Wasabi is still a viable option.
