The game is quite simple. You've got 3 regular endings and 1 bad one. Viewing any one of them unlocks the doll in your inn. When you interact with it, you can see the conditions for all endings, max out your Obscenity stat or unlock all recollection scenes.

I believe the tag is probably just missing. Since well, it is a female protag, and they aren't always labelled as NTR on dlsite afaik. But she does fuck different people besides the brother so he at least is being cucked (in some capacity).

May be optional I just checked CGs to see if it would be something I would like to play... with gangbang (possibly rape), prostitution and ntr (on the brother at least), it isn't my kind of thing, So imma bounce. commented this so you can have a little more info to see if it is your thing.

Well, there is some incredibly light NTR. All of it optional.

All in all, I think that labeling this game as NTR is misleading and might make some people stay away from it or go in with false expectations, leading to disappointment all around.

Probably a false alarm. Both these file hosts are provided by me and I just repacked the game files I translated and uploaded them. Safe to say, my antivirus detected nothing while I was working on the translation.
