I had this issue too. Go to center>alley at night, and you can pay for sex, which will recharge your power.

It seems like NTR is only implemented for Ayako for now.

Crucial is that, when you have the choice of looking where your best friend is for the 'document' or just waiting, you just wait for him if you want the NTR path(I didn't find it very intuitive either).
I think you also need at least 200 corruption.

After those two conditions are met, try asking Ayako out on a date.

first of all, iam using my old save, i dont get any options for Ayako NTR.

I think NTR is avoidable. There are NTR and normal choices, don't want NTR don't choose it.
I also don't like ntr. I like women to be MC and only him.
But sometimes, out of curiosity, I like to see it, at least once, in another save.

just make incest a toggleable boolean so patch isn't needed. just a console cmd or a one time patch

In a way yes, you just don't corrupt them and avoid, there are some that you need to progress their story to unlock other characters in the future for example, or others that you need to have at their second stage to progress another character to her second stage.

Completely avoidable, you can choose in the prologue if you want on or off, if you choose of, the ntr choices don't show up.
