I'm still not final about how Imogen's going to turn out but the option will continue to affect her relationship in the solo path as well.

That is just awesome. Don't get me wrong I love all the lis from my chubby lover to my subconscious twin but Imogen and Freya are my favorites respectively. Any scenes of them I really appreciate because I know they are supporting cast

That choice only delays the other girls event to the next day cause having them back to back doesn't make any sense. You're still going to meet with both of the girls there's just a day between the events.

You choose one and the next day you have a scene with the other. I don't know if they are the same scene or two different scenes for each LI.

Mainly dialog changes as the other day's event is taken into consideration for the other girls event.

I share weekly progress updates on my patreon and discord, you can check them out for a release date and I'm still working on it and best I can say is that I'm going to release the next chapter before this year ends but can't quite give an exact date right now.
