Imo this game is very far from having "massively unrealistic" assets - it could be a bit on the larger size-scale here and there, yet it fits the story and the game well.

there was, or still is going a kind of ranting regarding how the look of younger "daughter" is ruined - now she is taller and looks a bit older, while the previous one was a loli-bimbo, as unrealistic as it could be even in such games...yet there were no complains, till it has been changed toe a bit more realistic look (she still has huge tits)...and after all that here come comments of users complaining about unrealistic large dick mcs dick...i would say just - no comment.

No need to be defensive. As I said first it would be better if it's around 7 inches. 7 inches dick is not small at all and it's pretty realistic. Plus I suffixed "that's my thought". You don't have to agree nor making fun of my opinion.

Yes. I've played and watched a lot of post-apo stories. Nothing you've listed is new, it's common Mad Max or Fallout stuff, and societies with this kind of nihilistic 'survival of the fittest' outlook, while rare and doomed to fail, are not impossible.
Nine inches dongs and breasts bigger than the head, on the other side, are not common in entertainment, even in porn. But at least it's not too unrealistic, indeed. It's just the frequency of the trope that makes me roll my eyes. I still wish the MC and Ain has more believable assets, but it is what it is.
What amuses me is that the dev already shrinked the MC's dick apparently, downgrading from 'Tsar Bomb' to 'Fatman' according to the changelog. Gotta wonder what kind of rocket launcher he was packing before.

I think he meant normal, or average in this context. Anyway, if you really have 9+ inches dick then you belong to the top 2% of the population, the average erect penis is 6 inches. Which makes you a) very unusual, to the extent that it doesn't actually seem "realistic" (just like John Holmes - and the like - were so unusual that to the viewer their penises seemed unrealistic, even though it was obviously very much there, on the screen in front of them) or b) exaggerating your size, something men have been known to do ...
