Because the game has it and it's built into the lore. Same reason people want more pregnancy with games tagged with pregnancy (how are you not going to give preg options for each girl that is romanceable?). Or more water sports in games tagged with urination (nobody who likes that content wants only one scene if that's the thing they're looking for here).
