In the Prologue, you need to save an elf girl, but for her not to die, you need either kill the guys who captiving her or give them the cat statuet you are carrying with youself. But, that statuet is for the queen and you can lose some important scenes with her later.
Very early in the game, when complete you first task for the queen Merneith, she promise you an enjoyable reward stay in her thermae. When you go there as Zaton alone, she will offer you to pick one her personal slaves for yourself. You can either pick both, pick one on the left or pick one on the right. If you choose pick both, the queen will deny it, then you need to pick the left or the right slave.
Well the mc is going to eventually claim her and her 'harem' anyway for his own use

I understood what you mean. On one hand, it does seems strange that a city like that doesn´t have its corner dedicated to sex services. On the other hand, like I said, the whole town is a big Red Light District so maybe they don´t need a specific part of town to be dedicated to that, it´s all spread out through the city.

oh I looked only at current household (also Zahra was already shared). if anything there was already a hint of running a train on Asha, so that will probably happen sooner or later, idk about Nadia and Rabiah joining the household that would be pushing it, game will start to look like "gonna collect them all" thing, kind of wacky in my opinion.
My guess would be ; that in the DS subverse, where they have a "Theocracy hidden behind a Monarchy" such things are banned, that is why they have Breeding temples.
