I didn"t say it's a good vs bad/evil choice tho, even if a lot of people would say that being selfless, kind and caring is the "good" choice, witch i don't necessarily agree with (in a game that is). What i meant is Shani being/becoming good vs being not so good/not the nicest person anyway. (for common standards, being extremely selfish is perceive as not being a good person)I don't see the help/self as a good/bad choice. I see it as a save 10 people and die heroicly or save only 5 but survive.
And for me the apex of the "self" stat would look more like: "Save no one unless it benefit you and it's not too much of an hassle". Your "save only 5 but survive " view of it look more like a mix of both stats, middle ground thing (could even be argued that it would be more align near the "help" side imo). But i don't know if the dev is planning for players to balance those stats as much as possible, and to have a special path for it, doesn’t seems like it so far.
if i remember correctly (and it's the same for all the other stats) the game always pick you higher one so spreading/mixing stats doesn’t work and is useless but i could be wrong.
