I really like coming to this site and enjoying all the awesome games I love but then I see people like that guy trying to ruin things for everyone and it makes me so mad. Why can't he leave the developer alone?
I assume it's illegal to threaten to dox someone can the cops do anything?

Not really, cops give zero shits unless it's happening to them / someone they feel like sticking up for. You can't even get them to process rape kits, they ain't bothering with doxing.
I wish a very [REDACTED] on the dickhead who did this.
Probably should say what the piece of shit was demanding so other devs can insta-ban anyone who even remotely sounds like they want the same thing.

Discord is a company that is positively engaged in "dark patterns" and encourages really unhealthy parascocial relations. This is a huge minefield, especially if you're dealing with sex. I mean, everyone's wiring is a little funky, but this niche is going to attract some odd brains, at the very least. All Creators should be very hygenic when dealing with it, the C-level Discord people are really not your friends (see their April fool joke - all about that VC cash, your eyeballs and brain is theirs, you're the product).
Sad as well: this was genuinely one of the best VNs in terms of writing / potential, and we never got the goblin sex.
A thousand year curse on whatever anti-NTR smooth brain who had to prove to the world he had no concept of the word "boundary". I mean, targeting someone's wife because you're anti-NTR is pathological: he doesn't need the police, he needs a medical / psych intervention.

Dunno where he lives but yeah, he could press charges. But the whole thing would bring some kind of exposure so I guess he's not gonna go for that, which is understandable.
Does anyone knows why he posted his wife photos in discord? I don't think it's smart to post your personal photos online especially when you are developing a game with porn. Like, all sorts of people will play his game and join them. (Some to troll, some to abuse and some to be creepy stalker)
Ps- Keep in mind that I am not supporting that crack head who doxxed him but I am just confused why he would post his wife photo in adult community that is filled with creeps most of the times. (Who wants to rape fictional characters and etc) It was highly risky and I pray and hope for his safety. Tho, I am sad and mad that this game got abandoned. I really enjoyed the story but I understand.

I'm not going to investigate, but it's more than likely going to be a case where he posted recovery pictures (either in hospital or outside just after the operation) to show his community that he wasn't pulling the usual milking scam and his wife happened to be in the background.
Which, again, is why Discord communities are terrible.
