We had this problem last year. Discovered it was due to a sharp kink in the cable line to the box. Apparently cable and cat 5 lines need smooth bends, like a garden hose. To sharp a bend, and the data rate is impeded.

Many years of experience with computers has taught me a lot, but that is something I never learned. Schooling does have its advantages.

I gave it a try and its crashing when I try to buy the champagne ... Ignore brings me back to the game start menu.
