As ChesseKun has said, it's only part of Cassandra's story, and it's written in such a way that you can avoid it completely if you don't want it.
Can you provide some examples? If things aren't happening when they are supposed to, that's a bug that can be fixed. But it can't be fixed without constructive criticism.

Eh, the incest is kinda meh in this, since the Mom and sister are whores.... Like seriously, their body count is probably in the 1000s XD (At least for the mom it was before MC was born :| )
Game is missing swinging/sharing tags as well (the sister is passed around like a bong). And well, NTR tag too. while avoidable... doesn't change her personality and that she 100% into that shit. And she would be screwing people behind MCs back constantly off screen anyway.

Is there any mind control in this and if so how much and do we get to do it to the NPC's? cause last time I played it didnt feel like there really was

The only "NTR-ish" scene in the game is Cassandra's party scene, and only then if you choose the NTR-ish options.
For the record, if you don't choose NTR-ish options for Cassandra, it never indicates that she's screwing people behind MC's back.
For example, here's a difference in dialogue between when you choose NTR vs not:

There are more indications like that. So if you don't choose to share Cassandra there is, at the very least, plausible deniability that she's fucking other people (my own head-cannon is that she's not, but people can have other interpretations).
The mind control, at the moment anyway, is limited to "charming" people into doing what you want, and making Candace more corrupted. There's no full/slave/puppet mind control.
Even if we can't get a real walk through, maybe it would be possible to get an idea of the various levels of actions we can expect to happen at different Influence thresholds. At least then we wouldn't be fumbling around in the dark.
Wait when did this get turned into a VN? I remember liking the premise over a year ago but wrote it off because it was from the grindiest depths of sandbox hell and now its just straight up a VN? Am I misremembering something?
Maybe you're mixing it up with my other game, Thunderous Business? Devilish Business has always been a VN, and has never had any sandbox elements.
Your world seems based on the novel American Gods rather than the Lucifer TV series someone mentioned earlier.
That's been pointed out before. There's definitely a little of that in there, though I think the Incarnations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony provided a bit more of the inspiration initially. There's even some WH40k in there. Definitely a hodgepodge of metaphysical fiction.
