The dev only posts the codes for the two newest versions, if you are a patron that has access to v0.31, then you will only be able to see the code for v0.31 until you wait long enough for v0.32, then you will only be able to see the v0.32 code (wait time depends on membership tier). Access to the v0.28 code doesn't exist anymore, there is a bunch of old codes in the thread that might work if you really want to try, I myself, re-downloaded v0.28 through the workupload link I provided months ago and was able to play by pressing start, I can't view the extras/gallery since that requires the code, but I can play the game at least. I did enter the code in the past and that might be why I can still play the game, but I am not sure.
You should save the game archive after at least three or four updates.
If you've played the game carefully, you'll notice that the author does NOT remake it, he shows DIFFERENT OPTIONS of events, with different alternative solutions.
For example: in update 0.32 we see ALL the scenes from the Cuckold's side. Whereas the previous version was closer to Netori, if I'm not mistaken.
So, if we combine version 0.31 and 0.32, we get a game with the possibility to choose who to be.
If we add one of the earlier versions, where the story goes from the beginning, we get a full version of the game with a choice.
In other words, the author is trying to mess with our heads.
However, it is quite easy to follow his logic.

It should be the button in the bottom right corner, if you click on it and it says "code correct" then you should have access to the extras, keep in mind that the game sometimes just doesn't work the way it should, extras section included.
A strange thing happens to me when a new code appears and I load the game, then at the start the lock is closed from the bottom right and it is red. But when I start playing and get to the new content, a text appears on the screen saying that the code is correct, but I don't drive it and at the end of the game I see this picture:
Now my lock is open and it is green until a new code appears and every time everything repeats without entering the code.
Could this be happening because I did as it says in this post https://f95zone.to/threads/devoted-wife-v0-32-lovestory.131853/post-13134748 ?
The v0.32 posted by MyLoveST a couple pages back in the thread is supposed to be cracked (the version shouldn't need a code to unlock anything as it automatically does it itself), it is likely due to this.
It works for me, the dev only gives out one code at a time, per version (one for v0.32 and one for v0.31, for example).

Haven't played this one, not sure if I'm going to either. Not because I have anything against NTR, Frankly I really don't care one way or the the other, as long as the story is good. Sadly though, that's the problem with a lot of NTR games, (Also a lot of harem / incest type games if we're being fully honest here). They don't try to write a good story, or anything even remotely original. I had the same comments about A Promise Best Left Unkept a couple years back, (the impotent screeching, self gaslighting & copium of HangoverCat & his fans would have been hilarious if it wasn't so sad & pathetic, especially since most of the feedback he get's now is the same stuff I tried pointing out way back when, as I predicted).
Anyway, Like I said, Just from reading the game description & scanning through the comments, It's pretty clear that this is yet another case of a writer choosing not to write a good story with heavy NTR content. No, instead trying to NTR an NTR with NTR NTR NTR NTRNTRNTRNTRNTR, [insert meme of writer twitching on the floor & frothing at the mouth while muttering "Ntrntrntrntrntr"]. What I mean by that is that they decided "Imma do an NTR" & that's the limit of their thinking & planning ahead on the matter. Interesting plot? compelling characters? Good dialogue? Something actually interesting & NEW? HAH! Wut duz dat even mean? Just replace all dat wit moar NTR.
Sorry, that's likely a bit of a ramble. Forgive me, as I'm very tired right now & about to head to bed. My point is, without even playing it, It's pretty clear from the description & the comments I've seen thus far, that it's yet another shovelware game of the exceedingly exhausted, overused, overtired & at this point BORING story of "excessively & unrealistially blissfully happy & so sappily in love couple are living their idyllic life, bad guy(s) enter in, force or coerce wife to start messing around with them & on they go until she's a mindless, sociopathic slut. Yawn, snooze, BORING. So I don't really need to play it, because I've already played it, when it went by half of the other 42342342354542134234234234248989485490353 titles this same cookie cutter story went under.
Point being, if you want to make NTR themed games, neat. If that's what get's you off, hey more power to you. But come on guys, at least TRY to bring us something that's actually new & unique. Stop trying to repakage the same old story over & over. It's getting worn out.

The story is fine at best, the game was almost identical to Indecent Wife Hana at the start (Wife gets close to nephew/friend's kid, leading to netorase and netorare) and slowly spun off while trying to hang on to the mystery NTR subgenre. I would have to do a fresh playthrough to jog my memory about the story, especially since the dev often changes some of the story and scenes, but you are mostly right about the story being generic/simple. It is worth noting that the game is "Netorase" not "Netorare", so instead of the "excessively & unrealistically blissfully happy & so sappily in love couple are living their idyllic life, bad guy(s) enter in, force or coerce wife to start messing around with them & on they go until she's a mindless, sociopathic slut" example you give, it is more of "the MC realizes that he is aroused by his wife coming into physical contact with other men, and encourages her to flirt or even have sexual encounters with other men". The netorase template can lead into netorare and often does in many games (typically as a choice in the story, Devoted Wife included).
The game would probably be better both in story and pornographic quality if the dev didn't hold on to mystery NTR so much, causing every story beat to be the MC trying to catch the FMC doing sexy stuff as she is poorly hidden/obscured from MC's view (some attempts at including swinging content have been made in the past, that story line was a bit better, so points to the dev for that, it also might have been temporarily removed, again I would have to do a new playthrough to know).
P.S. To be clear, I love the mystery NTR subgenre, but it is just not well done in this game.
