How one expects to play a game about solving a mysterious case with a protagonist of 60 IQ? To accept a deal where you promise to do literally anything for some key to a room you truly have to be a retard. If only life was so easy that you could simply find out where someone is going, lock the door ahead and offer a deal to become your free slave for a key...

A couple things.
The English can use some work. There are some odd phrasings and errors, but the bigger deal is that the dialogue comes off a bit stiff and mechanical. That's pretty common in games where the writer isn't fluent in the language.
I hope the free roaming parts are not gonna be like this for the whole game. There is no point to navigating the map if there is only one place you can go to at any given time.
The "deal" with Lilith made no sense. There is no reason the MC would bend to her in this situation. He has a mission from the boss and she is getting in the way. There is no reason that Ashe would believe Lilith over Jack. In fact, Lilith should be the prime suspect as the only one who was at the scene when the theft happened, so her acting suspiciously by getting in the way of the investigation (according to the MC if he goes to Ashe) will put her in a very bad position.
This type of exposition heavy introduction tends to be a pretty poor way to tell a story. It's a crutch for amateur writers. The lore, world building, and especially character backgrounds could be explored naturally in dialogues/events and through subtext. But then again, no one is expecting professional scripts in porn games. This intro didn't wow me, but it wasn't that bad either.
Don't worry about people complaining about the MC. There will always be people complaining that the MC is a pussy or something without even considering the potential character arcs. It's still in the introductory phase. I guess the idea is to see him grow from a servant boy in a female dominated setting to something bigger.
I see a lot of room for improvements, but the game is pretty stylish and the world building does seem quite interesting. It's a solid 3* for now, in my opinion. Good luck.
