BTW, If somebody is stuck at laptop password, beware that password is case sensitive. It should be all lowercase, without spaces.

This game is stupid in that it doesn't give you options to use items when you click on their associated thing, you need to use the item thru the inventory instead. Hence, go to the room with the 5 chests and use the small key from the inventory when facing them. It will open the chest that gives you the card key.
I only played the game on release so I'm not too sure anymore

Did not expect to see this many people call this bad. I played the jp version and I thought this was one of the better H games released this year.
